Continuous Soffit Ventilator Trim Brown

Designed to provide continuous ventilation equivalent to a 10mm airflow gap to the soffit boards. Slots are evenly spaced to to prevent large insects gaining access but large enough not to get blocked by debris.

The Manthorpe G800 continuous soffit ventilator will fit soffit boards from 4mm to 12mm and as pre drill holes to aid installation.

The G800 Soffit Ventilator should be securely screwed to the Fascia board or wall through the fixing holes provided.
The soffit board (4mm - 12mm) should then be pushed into the adjustable mouth of the soffit strip and fixed on the opposite side as normal.
