BT1 White Bathroom Sealant & Adhesive is a high-performance sanitary sealant designed for bathrooms, wet rooms, hospitals, clinics and other hygiene-sensitive areas. Made using advanced TRIBRID® Technology, BT1 creates a durable, flexible seal that helps prevent mould and fungal growth while maintaining a cleaner, more hygienic surface. CT1 states that BT1 has been tested to reduce bacteria by up to 99.99% and is effective against microbes including MRSA, E. coli and Campylobacter.

BT1 bonds to a wide range of materials including wood, metal, brickwork, concrete, fibreglass, glass, ceramics, uPVC and most plastics, excluding PP, PE and PTFE. It can even be used in wet conditions, making it ideal for sealing and bonding around baths, showers, sinks, wall panels, sanitaryware and other bathroom applications.

Free from solvents and isocyanates, BT1 is also EC1 Plus certified for very low emissions and approved for bonding shower panels without mechanical fixings. Its white finish provides a clean, professional look, making it a reliable choice for both trade and DIY bathroom installations.
